Refund and Returns Policy

At PureHarvestly, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within [30 days] of the delivery date for most items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products
  • Final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, feel free to contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us at contact@pureharvestly.com with your order number and photos.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
  3. Still no luck? Email us at contact@pureharvestly.com — we’ll help.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@pureharvestly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our response with return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address we provide.
